Farm to Fork

Tesco have been running a programme locally and nationally teaching children about where their food comes from and about food sustainability. On Monday 13th June we had the opportunity to visit our local store in Bury St Edmunds. We took the children to Tesco and had a tour around the store, learning about all the different fruits and vegetables, and then the children got to go into the bakery and see how bread was made. The most exciting part was the big freezers out the back. The children were amazed at how BIG they were!
